UTMC Inpatient Packet

The UTMC Inpatient Welcome Packet was developed to provide our patients with most of the things they need to know during their stay at UTMC and after discharge. How to order meals, patient services, places for the patient to take notes and more are included in the folders. It also makes a convenient binder to keep all their medical information organized.
