UTMC Outpatient Surgery Packet

The UTMC Outpatient Surgical Packet was developed to provide patients with pre- and post-surgical information. Pre-op testing is required before all surgeries at UTMC. During the pre-op appointment, all information is customized by UTMC staff for patients to refer to before and after their surgery. The packet is a convenient way to organize all the important paperwork about the surgery and any follow-up appointment information.
